Day 1:

Arrival Amman

We meet you after your arrival at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, and escort you to your hotel for overnight.

Overnight: Amman 

Day 2:

Amman - Mt. Nebo – Madaba - Kerak - Petra

This morning you\\\\\\\'ll be driven southward along the Kings Way, one of the oldest trade routes in the world which runs 200 miles along Jordan\\\\\\\'s hilly backbone. You\\\\\\\'ll stop at the Byzantine Church of Mt. Nebo, and then proceed to Madaba where you will see a unique Mosaic Map of Palestine. You\\\\\\\'ll visit the Great Crusaders Castles of Kerak, and continue to Petra.

Day 3:


Today is dedicated to a visit of the lost Nabtean’s city of Petra. Start with a 25 minute walk, or ride a Bedouin guided horse, passing through the fabled SIQ, an immense sandstone chasm, which opens out to reveal the Treasury. Continue on to see hundreds of ancient Temples, royal tombs, Roman theatres and the abandoned houses of the citizens of Petra.

Day 4:

Petra - Jerash – Ajloun - Tiberias 

This morning we will drive north to visit Jerash, which was known as the city of a 1,000 Pillars. You will also visit the Triple Arched Gate, the Huge Hippodrome, The Theatre, and the Roman Forum surrounded by 63 marble columns. Continue to Ajloun where you can view the Jordan valley from Saladin’s imposing Qalat Al-rabad fortress. We then drive you to Sheikh Hussein Bridge to cross the Jordan River. Our staff helps with border formalities, after which we drive to Tiberias on the Sea of Galilee.

Day 5:

Tiberias - Galilee - Golan - Akko - Tiberias

Today you take a special drive through Galilee. Afterwards we head north through the Valley of Genazaret to the ancient Galilee Synagogue in Capernaum, where Jesus preached. Then it\\\\\\\'s up into the Golan Heights and the dramatic landscape of Upper Galilee to Safed. Driving west, we reach Akko, the fortified Crusader town on the shores of the Mediterranean, before returning to the hotel in Tiberias.

Day 6:

Tiberias – Haifa – Caesarea - Tel Aviv - Jerusalem 

Depart Tiberias to Haifa the city on the Carmel mountain range with a lovely view of the Bay. Here we visit the Bahai Shrine and the Gardens. Continue down the coast to Caesarea capital of the Roman province, and see Roman and Crusader remains and the harbour from which St. Paul was taken prisoner to Rome. We then head to Tel Aviv.  Stretched along the beautiful beach strip of the Mediterranean, Tel-Aviv is Israel\\\\\\\'s largest city and biggest commercial center. It is a busy metropolis, which inspires its visitors with a unique energetic atmosphere of excitement and fun. Pass by HABIMA theatre, Mann Auditorium, Dizengoff Street, historic Rothschild Blvd and the Carmel market. Visit the ancient port city of Jaffa and its artists\\\\\\\' quarter before driving up to Jerusalem for overnight

Day 7:

Jerusalem - Bethlehem - Jerusalem

During our introductory tour of the Old City, we visit the Western Wall, Dome of the Rock, walk the Via Dolorosa, and visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Roman Cardo and the ancient Burnt House. We then drive you to Mt. Zion and King David\\\\\\\'s Tomb, followed by the short drive to Bethlehem to visit Rachel\\\\\\\'s Tomb and the Church of the Nativity. After a full but wonderful day, we return to Jerusalem for overnight.

DAY 8:

Modern Jerusalem

Today we spend all day exploring modern Jerusalem , including the Knesset, the Chagall Windows, the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum, Mount Herzl , and the Israel Museum with its Shrine of the Book housing the Dead Sea Scrolls.

DAY 9:

Jerusalem - Dead Sea – Masada - Jerusalem 

This morning you will drive down to the lowest spot on earth, the Dead Sea . From the Dead sea shore we ascend by cable car to the top of Masada, the famous fortress where ancient Israelite rebels held off the legions of Rome. Then on to a Hotel for a chance to swim in the Dead Sea \\\\\\\'s salt waters.

DAY 10:


Today we will escort you to the Airport and assist with check-in for your onward flight.
